PSYCHE Olive Oil

Psyche is a single-estate biodynamic and organic Greek olive oil that runs business out of Copenhagen (where I first met the very hip founder Theo) but can be found throughout shops and sites in NYC and the US. This olive oil, and it's stand out packaging and intentional ethos, is legit. Koroneiki olives create a super balanced, delicate yet rich in body and flavor that will not price you out of buying a bag to keep in handy rotation.
