Brooklyn Granary brings stone milled whole grains to NYC along with wholesome, delicious baked goods via owner Patrick Shaw-Kitch formerly the head baker at Blue Hill Stone Barns. I love this bakery and mill for so many reasons and it's a joy bringing home freshly milled flour from regional regenerative farms to bake with.
