Ends Meat is a whole-animal butcher and salumeria based in Industry City, Brooklyn. A little of the way, but so worth the trip. John makes some of the best charcuterie (and sandwiches) in the city and his meat selection is absolutely fantastic. They also deliver and do a monthly butcher box ....I mean, what could better than a box full of gorgeous meat!!?
